The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for a short stay. There was a flat-screen TV and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel was located near many shops and restaurants, which was very convenient for my city break.

The noise from the street was incredibly loud at night, making it difficult to sleep. The garbage collection from the nearby hospital was especially disruptive and lasted for hours.

This hotel is an ideal place for a short stay, being very close to the airport and bus station. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-equipped bathrooms. the breakfast may be traditional, but it offers something for everyone at a reasonable price. the staff are friendly and helpful, with great customer service. the air conditioning and flat screen TV work well, making the stay enjoyable.

Occasional noise from the nearby clinic and street could disrupt light sleepers.

We recently went on a romantic trip and stayed in this hotel. the room we had was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. the air conditioning was working well and the early check-in was possible, which was very convenient for us. we felt safe at the hotel and there were plenty of places to buy water or food nearby, which saved us money.

The room we had faced a busy street, which was quite noisy, especially at night. There were ambulances passing by and garbage collection going on at the hospital opposite the hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Neiva. Upon arrival at the airport, I was ripped off by a taxi driver, but the hotel manager at Hotel Santorini Neiva was incredibly helpful and got my money back. The customer service was amazing, and the staff were very kind. The single room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and even though there was no hot water, the cold shower was refreshing in the hot weather. The location was also convenient, with the hotel being easily accessible from the airport and bus station. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Neiva.
